Foreign real estate package — ¥150,000~
Ownership transfer + mortgage registration (if needed) + foreign buyer advisory.
All fees are professional fees. Government taxes, registration fees, and revenue stamps are charged at cost and itemized. Fees may increase for complex cases — we will inform you before proceeding. Primarily serving Yokohama and the Tokyo 23 wards; other areas on request. Subsequent consultations (without engagement): ¥9,000/hour.
